Master Service Agreement (MSA)
By using SETHU services, you agree to the Master Service Agreement. SETHU platform is governed by the SETHU Foundation, a Section 8 non-profit company. Node operators are for-profit ventures.
Service terms
Services are provided as described in the catalogue. DID, ledger, wallet, and AI blockchain services (registration anchoring, negative-event logging) are subject to availability. SETHU reserves the right to modify service availability with reasonable notice.
SLA
Target availability: 99.9% for verification and ledger read paths. Ledger mirror: < 100 ms response target. Ledger finality: < 3 s (TBD with Hedera for Hiero; optional Hyperledger Fabric). Credits are not issued for minor outages; material breaches are handled per MSA.
Privacy
SETHU does not store raw identity or PII. Only hashes and virtual IDs. DIDs and credentials are stored per consent. Audit logs for API and security events. Data retention per applicable law and applicable regulations.
Versioning
Material changes to these terms will be communicated with reasonable notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Re-acceptance may be required for material changes.
